I applied for the role through the company's website and was invited for an in-person interview. The interview process was very structured and followed a set plan. I later realized the importance of using specific industry buzzwords.

The whole process was upfront and easy. The people interviewing me were really professional and asked good questions that made sense for the job. I knew exactly what was expected from the start. Before I even applied, I could talk to someone at the company, and they were super helpful and professional.

The interview process was great and inclusive. Everyone was really helpful, and if I was unsure about something, they let me take my time to think and would repeat the question. They were considerate of my disability and made necessary adjustments. Communication was good throughout.

Behavioral Technical Other

This interview process was deeply flawed, with internal candidates being overlooked and nepotism being rampant. Even the Chief Executive's partner was appointed as a senior manager despite lacking any professional procurement qualifications. External candidates were invited to interviews even when the roles should have been internal only. Managers altered Job Descriptions to remove the requirement for procurement qualifications and experience, leading to appointments of individuals without these essential credentials. A Category Manager's abuse was reported to three Heads of Procurement but was ignored. In two cases, the private information was supplied to the abuser, who was only dismissed after abusing a lawyer in another team. Feedback and scores were falsified, as the appointed staff often lacked the necessary qualifications and experience, resulting in very poor morale.
