I was contacted for an in-person interview. The interviewer was dressed casual professional. I asked several questions near the end of the interview and made notes of the answers. I felt very comfortable during the process which lasted approximately an hour.

It was a straightforward virtual interview because of COVID. They asked me general questions about my strengths, weaknesses, and time management. We also talked about the job roles and duties related to case management. I also got to ask them some questions.

The process was very clear and thorough. First there was a phone interview, followed by an in person interview. Everything at the interview was explained thoroughly from the sanctuary model to the day to day duties of the position.

The recruiter called me to come in for an interview with the head of the department and the person who would be reporting to me. She did not conduct an HR screen. I went in for the onsite interview and it was a pretty basic behavioral interview. At the end I asked when I should follow up for next steps and they said they would get back to me in the next week or two, assuring me I would hear back either way. 4 weeks later and I never heard back from them. I accepted another position so I didn't follow up with them, but still--not a good look.
