We do a video interview with the CEO and a Senior Engineer to go over your resume, background, and experience, and just get to know you. If you pass that initial screening, you get to choose one of three programming take-home assessments and then pick a tentative date for a follow-up interview. We'll review your project submission and then decide if we want to go over your code with you to ask some more in-depth technical questions. Just a heads-up, if you don't get the second interview, we don't give you a reason why, even if you ask. It can be pretty frustrating to put in a lot of time and effort and then not know what went wrong.

The interview was pretty chill and not too long, just about 30 minutes. The person interviewing me was really nice. They asked stuff about what I know, what I've done, when I can work, and about my personality. The questions were pretty direct and easy to understand.

The interview process was good, smooth, and informative. They also talked about benefits. We discussed the possibility of working from home and why some people like it and some don't. Management seems flexible. There are many offices in the United States but the headquarters is in Memphis.
