First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CornerStone Staffing (TX).
Sales Director
Had a quick 15-minute prescreening phone call. They said I met all the requirements (background, salary, etc.) and asked when I was free for the second phone interview. Then they asked one last question about my age and DOB.
- How old are you and what is your date of birth? Do you want to answer now or later?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was super easy and I didn't have any stress! The interviewer asked me a few things about what I was looking for, my skills, my past jobs, and what I wanted in a role. She also told me about the open positions. She was really nice, generous, and paid attention the whole time. She even talked with me about my dream of going into speech therapy. The recruiter has been nothing but kind and helpful since I started talking to them! I got an interview and the job pretty quickly, within the next week!
- What are you seeking in a position?
Recruiting Specialist
I first spoke with the recruiter from the staffing agency. Then, I met with the client's recruiting manager. After that, I had another zoom interview with the recruiting manager. Following that, I met with the Team leader and another manager. Finally, I had a zoom interview with the hiring manager.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What is your motivation for seeking a new job?
Consultant
First, I went to the office and met 3 managers for basic questions. Second, I went to the office again, and the person I was supposed to meet wasn't there, which I thought was rude. I met 2 other managers and got rejected because of high competition, but the people I met were nice.
- What is your course of action if a client rejects your offer?
