Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Cornerstone Community Financial.
VP Marketing
The process had clear steps but after three rounds and a project, I got rejected without any clear feedback. I got a generic rejection email and no response even after trying to reach out multiple times to the company.
- How would you distribute the marketing budget and what new channels would you introduce?
Healthcare Administrator
The interview process was quite straightforward. They asked questions to make sure I understood the job well. Some questions were about my future plans and what I could bring to the role. Mostly, it was about my future goals and how I could contribute.
- Regarding this role, what are your desired achievements?
- What contributions are you able to make to this job?
- What are your plans for the future?
VP of Marketing
Applied online and then got an email with a link for a one-way video interview. The video interview had one question, a few seconds to prep, and then it recorded my response. You can re-record each question twice if you want. Each answer is about 2 minutes long, but it might change a bit depending on the question. The email was from a generic company email, and I didn't talk to anyone for this part.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
