Over three weeks, I had a phone interview with the recruiter (I wasn't sure if he was genuine), then went in person for another interview with the VP, followed by two more interviews with team members. Everyone was welcoming, but it was intense. In the end, I got a voicemail saying I didn't get the job. When I asked for feedback, the recruiter never got back to me.

First, there's a phone chat with HR. They check things out, and if they think you're a good fit, they send your resume to the person who might hire you. Then, you do a second interview in person with the manager who would be your boss, and some other people. After that, a third in-person interview happens with the specific person you'd be supporting. Once you've met the folks you'd be working with, they all get together to talk about it. Everyone was super helpful, and the interviews were a mix – some were the usual questions, and others were more open, letting you talk about what you bring to the table and how you manage your role.

Got a random call from the recruiter three weeks after applying for the position. This was a week before Thanksgiving and I never heard back. Why disturb someone's peace in the holidays for a position you are not really trying to fill? The recruiter only reached out through the phone and never through email so I could not even follow up. It seems to me that he was obligated to meet a call quota. Basically a waste of time. This is the second position I have applied for the company and I get ignored even though I have relevant experience. No idea what they want. Not applying again.
