I talked to a manager and after a few questions they took down my info to put me through a background check. It was pretty simple and I only had to wait a few days before the background check came back.

First, they review your application, then you gotta do an online assessment test. After that, we interview applicants and do a background check. For us to recommend you, applicants gotta have a good work history, a good personality, and the skills needed to be successful in our company. If you got all that, you're recommended.

I applied online and in person. They called me to come in about 3 times. The whole thing took 2 weeks. They asked about my availability and if I smoked, since a lot of the employees like to go out and smoke. Then they asked why I thought they should give me the job and where I saw myself in 5 years at their company. They gave me a smock right then and told me to come in on certain days to start the online training.

Behavioral Other

You start with a paper application, which you can pick up in-store, though availability can be inconsistent. A pro is you can copy it and apply at multiple stores. Try to deliver it to the manager for some face time, but be mindful not to be too pushy as they are busy.
