The interview process felt really rushed. Besides one SQL question, there weren't any actual technical problems posed. I'm not sure if they even had qualified staff to conduct a proper screening. The recruiter was quite nice, though.

The application process was fine and easy. It took a long time to hear back after applying, but then things moved pretty quickly through the different stages. The compensation seems decent, although I'm not sure about the opportunities for career growth. I didn't actually get to meet any of the team members until the very end of the process.

Behavioral Technical Coding

Started with a behavioral chat with HR, then a technical phone interview that lasted about an hour. If I passed those, I went to an on-site where I met the tech lead and director. That interview was mostly behavioral, with a few technicals and some algorithm problems. I thought it went great and felt good about it, expecting an offer. It's been two months of being ghosted by HR though, and still no decision.

Behavioral Technical

They had this "Open House" thing for me and some others. The interviewers were kind of unprofessional, they kept leaving and coming back into the room. Even though it's called "entry level," they actually expect you to know a lot about computer science and data.
