I applied online and got invited for an interview. When I got there, they handed me this old-school application from the 90s that asked for stuff like my high school address. After that, I met with the department manager, and they just went through a list of questions that didn't really have anything to do with the job.

The hiring process was super well-organized. I always knew what was coming next, which made me feel comfortable. It did take a while, but that's because Corley is really picky about who they hire. So, the process was tough. I also felt like the interviewers genuinely cared about me and what I had to say. They weren't just rushing me through a standard procedure. They actually listened when they asked questions.

I went through 2 interviews and did a ride along. The first interview was with the hiring manager and the owner, and they were really nice and made me feel comfortable. After that, I did a ride along where I shadowed the current dispatcher, observed their tasks, asked questions, and got a sense of the job. Right after the ride along, I had my second interview with the office manager and dispatch manager. This interview focused more on questions about me.
