First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Corl Technologies.
Project Support Coordinator
I went through three rounds of interviews, with HR, the VP, and the project team. Everything seemed to go well and I got a verbal offer. I asked for a written offer to make sure everything was official and to know exactly what I was agreeing to. HR responded negatively to that request, and I never got the written copy. I assumed they rescinded the offer, even though I just wanted it in writing.
- What motivated your interest in this specific role?
- Can you share what you know about CORL Technologies?
- Could you please provide a brief introduction about yourself?
Employee
There were 3 rounds in total. First I spoke with HR, then I met with the hiring manager and some team mates, and finally there was an in-person interview. Everyone was super nice and I got feedback really fast. The recruiter was on top of everything.
- Can you tell me about your goals?
Auditor
The interview process was pretty relaxed. It started with a standard initial screening. Then, I had an hour-long interview where I met with three people. Since it was for an intern position at the time, I think they mainly wanted to gauge my willingness to learn.
- Can you describe your approach to time management?
- What technical knowledge do you have regarding information security?
- How eager are you to acquire new skills and knowledge?
Junior Java Developer
We had a technical and soft skills interview. The technical part was about an hour long and covered technologies like Java, SQL, JPA, and Spring. The soft skills part was about your attitude and English skills.
- Could you tell me about your experience with Java and JPA?
- How familiar are you with SQL?
- What's your background with Spring?
