It was all done via email. First, I had to do a programming test that I had 2 days to finish. After a week, I got an email saying I passed and to pick a date for an in-person interview. The interview day involved meeting the Development Manager and the Architects, and then I had a written test with 8 technical questions (2 SQL, 1 Angular, and the rest were C# basics like recursion, string processing, and reflection). Another week later, I got an email for the next interview with the CTO and HR. The whole process was really nice and the in-person interviews were super friendly. I had a great time.

I applied online back in December 2015. They got in touch and set up a programming test and interview for January 2016. During the interview, they asked about my IT experience and all the projects I'd worked on. There were 3 technical people on the panel, and they asked questions based on the skills I'd put on my resume.

I had a really bad interview experience. The receptionist didn't know where to send me, so I waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. Then, two developers who seemed to have no interviewing experience and were rude asked irrelevant questions. They left me with a 10-page technical test and came back an hour later. I told them I wasn't interested and left.
