There were three stages in the interview process. First, a recruiter call where they checked my skills against the job requirements. Then, I had a technical interview with the consultancy team. Finally, I had a conversation with the VP about the company culture. The teams were friendly and explained the role well. However, the experience wasn't great because I waited almost 3 weeks for feedback after the final interview, even though they initially said it would only take a few days. I eventually received a generic rejection email, and my requests for personalized feedback were ignored.

It was a lot of interviews with bad communication. Normally a phone call and then an in-person meeting is enough. My experience was not good. In one interview, I got feedback in the boardroom in front of a panel, and it was confrontational. I was surprised by that. After reflecting at home, I went through other interviews, but the communication stayed bad and promises were not kept. I am a professional and I put myself out there because I believe in Cority's products and I know I would do well in this job. I did not get an offer, and I don't know why.
