Initial phone screening with a recruiter in the UK. Following that, a Zoom meeting with the department manager. The final stage was an in-person interview with the manager and some team members. Generally, it was a typical process, although the communication between stages could have been quicker and more frequent.

The interview process was pretty simple. We only had one interview before getting the offer. It usually started with an HR call to discuss the job and schedule the interview, followed by an on-site interview. The interview itself was relaxed, nothing too intense. It would be beneficial to know about the company's background, what they sell, and their technology.

First, there was a personal presentation and a practical assessment that HR and the hiring manager reviewed. It was a really engaging and hands-on experience. After the assessment and presentation, they asked some personality questions and went over my CV.

Had an initial screening call with someone from the UK, then met with the hiring managers. They asked some general questions that weren't too difficult. Didn't get any feedback or follow-up afterward, so basically got ghosted. Really unprofessional from the HR side.
