They talked about experience in staff development, training, performance tuning, and management. They also mentioned being an established manager with great people skills and networking abilities. A skilled leader who can manage change, reduce risk, bring in new ideas, and handle large company operations, with a background in office and building management. They are proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, and Share Point.

I went to a job fair and had a quick pre-interview and resume review. Then, I was asked to go to the office and take some tests. I did really well on the tests, and we scheduled an interview with Tiny Prints. I met with my reviewer and we talked about my skills and looked at my graphic design portfolio. After that, I had an interview with a supervisor and they said they'd let me know. A few days later, they called with an offer, which I accepted. I then went through a paid orientation, and training started.

This interview was for a position that Corestaff was filling for their client. I spoke with the office off of LBJ. A recruiter called me after finding my resume on a job board. She described the position and asked if I was interested. I expressed interest in learning more, so she scheduled me for a phone screening. Following the phone screening, she immediately set up a one-on-one interview at their office and sent an email with good directions. Upon arrival, the reception desk was unattended. I eventually had someone come out from behind a glass wall where about 4-6 people were working to ask who I was. After I gave my name and stated I had an appointment with YYYY, I was told to fill out an application. The application asked for my social security number, driver's license number, and high school graduation year, along with other standard personal and job history information. I understand these are usually needed for background checks post-offer, but I didn't even know the company name at this stage. When I shared my concerns about providing this information, the person helping me seemed irritated. A few minutes later, another person came out and asked if I was XXXX. I asked if she was YYYY. The interaction lacked greetings from the staff. We sat down for the interview, but by then, I felt the impression was not positive.

In 2015, I first talked to a recruiter from a staffing agency for a pre-screen and completed some paperwork. By the end of that week, I got an offer for a good job, Monday to Friday. The whole thing was easy, professional, and straightforward.
