System Administrator
The interview process started with a phone call from HR. Then, I had a follow-up interview via Microsoft Teams with the IT Manager. After that, they told me an offer would come in two days. I messaged HR the next day for an update, and she said I'd hear back by end of day. But then, nothing. My calls and messages were ignored. Eventually, I got an automated rejection email. I don't get why they made promises and then picked someone else. It felt really unprofessional and disappointing.
