First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CoreLife.
Human Resources Generalist
I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, followed by an onsite interview. The onsite included my manager, her peers, and an HR generalist from another state who has the same role as me. The process was pretty standard and quick, with interviews and the offer all happening within two weeks.
- Were you asked role-specific behavioral questions to gauge your knowledge and problem-solving abilities?
Nurse Practitioner
The interview process was organized and professional. We had an initial screening interview, then a panel interview, and finally an on-site visit. The interview team introduced themselves and took turns asking questions.
- Tell me about a time when you demonstrated the STAR method.
Office Manager
The interview process was super easy. First, I had a quick chat with HR about the job and they asked me some basic questions. Then, the hiring manager set up an in-person meeting with her and the team for later that week. The whole thing was really clear about the job, but they didn't mention the pay upfront.
- What makes you a better candidate than others for this role?
Front Desk Coordinator
I first interviewed with a recruiter. My second interview was with the office manager at the location I was applying to. Next, the interview was in person and was with the regional director. The final interview was with the market president.
- How can you contribute to the overall patient experience?
