The interview process was pretty laid back. There were two rounds in total. The first one was with a recruiter, and the second one was supposed to be with senior engineers and the Engineering Manager, though the manager didn't make it. The whole thing wrapped up in about three weeks.

Overall, it was a really good experience. They were super professional and kept me informed. It was a thorough process, and honestly, quite exciting. It felt more laid-back than super formal, and they didn't bring up salary at the start. I got to meet with some of the higher-ups, and we talked about the role and what they expect. They really broke down the position for me. I also had the chance to ask my own questions. Definitely a positive interview.

I applied online. The interview included the hiring manager asking me questions about my engineering background. The hiring manager asked for a PDF sample of my work before I could advance. This felt suspicious, like they were seeking free consulting. The hiring manager also wanted me to reword my resume to list all projects since the start of my career. I felt this was a scam, as they advertised engineering roles but seemed to be doing marketing for the firm. I think I dodged a bullet given the Glassdoor reviews.
