I had two interviews, both scheduled last minute with options within the next 24 hours. They mentioned there would be four interviews total if I moved forward. The first was with HR, the second a panel interview. After that, I was ghosted despite following up four times over three weeks. It felt like a slap in the face after all the time invested.

I had 4 rounds for the Digital Marketing Manager role. It started with a phone screen with John. Then, I had a Zoom interview with Erika Schavezz, the hiring manager. After that, I interviewed with Rodrigo Gianello, the Creative and Brand Director, over Zoom. The final interview was a Zoom call with Jaya Vadlamudi, the VP of Comms and Marketing.

I had to answer some email questions the day before a Zoom call. The meeting itself went well, but I haven't heard back since, even though they said there would be a follow-up.
