I first spoke with HR, then the Executive, and finally met with 3 other people, two of whom were Executive Assistants and one was the Director of Special Projects. Everyone I met was really nice and asked interesting questions. They all mentioned how much they liked working at the company and that they had been there for over 9 years.

Behavioral Technical

I had an initial HR phone screen, then an initial manager interview, followed by a timed test. After that, there was a follow-up with the hiring manager and then three more interviews with team members. Two of the team members seemed really disinterested and unfriendly. One of them was particularly hostile, asking questions like he was R. Lee Ermey, and he wouldn't even deal directly with the position. The questions were strange, mostly standard behavioral questions instead of getting to know me. HR ghosted me after everything, which was totally unprofessional after taking up so much of my time, not even sending a generic 'no.'

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

I applied and interviewed remotely because of COVID. It started with a recruiter call, then a Zoom interview with two team members, and finally an "on-site" Zoom interview. This part involved a written test, followed by four back-to-back 30-minute interviews, with the last one being a technical and creative assessment. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and supportive, which helped ease my nerves. The whole process was quick, and the recruiter, Sara, was very responsive. It was a thorough but enjoyable experience because the people were genuinely pleasant.

I started with a call with Sara, the recruiter. She gave me a lot of info about the job and was super helpful in setting up the next steps. In total there were three interview rounds. Round one was with the recruiter, round two was a take-home test and a meeting with the hiring manager, and round three was with some of the team.
