First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Corcentric.
Customer Success Manager
The process kicked off with an initial chat with HR about my background and the role. Then, I had a team fit call where I met some team members and learned about the company culture. Finally, I went on-site to give a case study presentation, showing how I solve problems and contribute to the team's goals.
- What are your methods for staying informed about the newest compliance publications, regulatory updates, and market news?
Legal Intern
The process was straightforward. It began with an initial screening call, after which I spoke with a couple of attorneys in their legal department. A decision was communicated to me weeks later. The communication throughout was satisfactory.
- What motivated you to apply for a position at our company?
Business Analyst
Phone Interview - First Round Behavioral Interview - Second Round Consulting Case Study - Excel Test, it was kinda easy, just took some time. If you're doing the excel test, make sure you know VLookup. Other than that, it should be easy.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Marketing
The hiring process included a CAT test, a writing exercise, and approximately 5 interview rounds. A lot of stakeholders were involved in the decision, and I felt the position's needs shifted between the early and late stages. They initially made me feel like a strong candidate, but in the final round, it seemed they were looking for a different profile. After the last interviews, there was a significant delay in hearing back, and the decision kept being postponed until I knew it was a no. While these things happen, I regret the time and effort invested in a process where there wasn't a clear, final picture or stakeholder alignment on the desired candidate.
- How do you feel the interview is progressing?
