Was reached out to via LinkedIn by an HR representative. Set up a call with the CFO afterwards. The conversation was pretty casual, not very structured, but it was pleasant and friendly. It was difficult to tell if specific competency-based questions were being asked or if it was just a discussion of topics that interested me.

The interview process was nice: three stages with the finance manager, senior accountant and CFO. More of a general personality interview across the three stages. Unfortunately HR did not reach out about the result of the interviews.
