I was contacted by an external recruiter who then connected me to the company's HR. I had a call with HR where we discussed the role, legal aspects, and other things. I also got to ask them some questions. We then agreed to set up a call with the hiring manager, but after that, I never heard back from HR or the recruiter.

It was a 30 min technical phone interview. The interviewer was really nice and patient. They mentioned that it would take a few days to hear back about the next steps, which involve two more interviews. Overall, it was a friendly experience.

Behavioral Technical

It started with a quick HR screening call, then a three-hour in-office interview. The interview itself was a good experience - the interviewer was very communicative, and the conversation flowed well, covering both technical topics and some personal questions. About a week later, I got a generic rejection email. After spending that much time on a long in-person interview, getting such an impersonal response felt pretty disappointing and unprofessional. It doesn’t leave a great impression of how the company handles its hiring process.
