Behavioral Technical Case

I went through a two-stage interview process. They took over a week after the first interview to follow up and then another two weeks after the second interview to let me know I wasn't selected. They seemed disorganized; the job was advertised as a Project Manager but turned out to be a Scrum Master role in the second interview, with different requirements, including SAFE experience. You should clarify the exact role and needs to avoid wasting your time.

I got a call from a recruiter for a phone chat. A few days later, I went in for an in-person interview at their office. I met with the recruiter again and then the hiring manager. I thought I had the experience they needed and felt good about moving forward. The next day, they told me they weren't going to hire me because I didn't have the experience they were looking for, which was unexpected. It was an okay experience overall. Glad they told me, but felt like they wasted my time bringing me in.

The HR recruiter contacted me on Linked In before I even applied in Feb/March. The first interview after applying was with the HR recruiter over the phone and it went well. Then I had a phone interview with two people at my level. After that, he mentioned setting up an onsite interview with higher-ups within the week. I followed up after a week, then called and left a message after two weeks with no response. I kept trying for another two weeks, still no reply. By a few weeks into May, the hiring HR recruiter emailed to say they chose an internal candidate, which was at least some closure.

Behavioral Technical Group

Had an initial screening, then a couple interviews after that. One of them had two interviewers at the same time. It was pretty great, they explained everything clearly and let me respond. They aren't really looking for perfect answers, just more like if you get the general idea and know the concepts.
