It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked STAR questions and other general interview questions. We talked about the role and my experience, and also about what I was looking for in my career. The vibe was very friendly and the process was pretty simple.

First, there was an initial interview with the hiring manager. Then, I had several peer interviews, plus interviews with departments that the role would interact with (around 3-4 separate interviews). It ended with an interview with the department leader, making it 5-6 interviews in total. Everyone I met was great. But after putting in my time for all those interviews, they just ghosted me.

I went through 5 interview rounds with different people, but then they ghosted me. The job has been up for ages, like 7 months to a year. They said the last person they hired was too fast and it didn't work out, but they keep reposting. The interview process was really smooth and all the people involved were super responsive in their communication before and after the interviews, so I always knew where I stood. I had two interviews, one with my potential supervisor and another with some people who had similar job titles to mine. They were a really friendly and welcoming group of people.
