They had a virtual interview on Microsoft Teams with video on, then a second interview in person. They asked similar questions in both, mostly about your tech background and were pretty conversational.

It was a very laid-back interview where they wanted to see if your personality would fit in with the team and company culture. The interviewers were early employees who have a good sense of the kind of people Copper-Hill looks for. They made me feel comfortable right away, blending professional and personal questions, making it feel more like a chat than a grilling about past experiences, strengths, and weaknesses.

The interview process was quick and painless. I was notified that I was selected to be interviewed and the interview itself took place just a few days later. It wasn't too nerve-wracking and they do a good job and trying to make you feel comfortable. They really want you to be yourself. You will be asked your typical interview questions and also a few personality questions. I was hired in just a few days after the interview.
