Analyst
It was a good process, clear, transparent, and fast. All steps were followed transparently, giving the candidate a sense of where they stood in the selection process and how many others were competing for the role.
- What is your knowledge of the free energy market?
Sales Associate
Recruitment process was clear and streamlined professionally. Heard from the hiring manager after 3 days. Went to the interview, and received an offer 5 days later. Pay is so-so but experience seems great.
- Why do you want to join this company?
Intern
The interview was smooth, they didn't ask technical questions, they introduced me to the company, and talked a bit more about the business sector. At first, I was nervous because I didn't have any experience, but I mentioned that I had participated in extension programs at college, and that's why I had experience with BI and Excel (which was what they needed).
- Are you graduating soon?
- Do you learn and teach easily?
- Do you know how to work with BI and Excel?
Backoffice
I had a direct interview with the supervisor via video call. The supervisor was super friendly, and the interview felt more like a conversation to get to know each other better. I really liked how they led it, making it more dynamic and taking away all the nervousness.

- What are your perspectives for the role?
