I saw like 7-8 people in the waiting area, all waiting for their turn. When it was my time, the interview was super quick. They let me go because the interviewer asked my age, and since I just graduated college, they said I was too young. I thought that was kinda weird to ask. They also mentioned it's a high-stress job and that I'd probably use my vacation days for mental health because the job is just too much.

After I sent in my application, I got a postcard saying that if they didn't reach out for an interview, they'd keep me in mind for future roles. About three months later, they called to set up an interview. It was with a bunch of supervisors from different locations, and they asked questions one by one. I got an offer and accepted, but it took a whole month for them to verify everything before I could start.
