I did a test that was pretty easy and I'm absolutely sure I aced it. The person who gave the test said that after it was graded, they would contact me to schedule an interview with the area manager. However, they never even got back to me to say that my CV wasn't approved for the next stage. I understand that large companies probably have hundreds of recruitment processes and thousands of candidates, but it would be good manners to at least send an email informing the result.
