Paid Social Media Specialist
The interview process was fairly short. They asked all the questions I found online. It seemed like she was just getting to know me to see if I would be a good fit. I'm still waiting to hear back for a follow-up. My advice is to do in-depth research on the company and the interviewer. The interviewer was a bit cold at first, seeming like she wanted a quick interview, but after I asked deeper questions about the company and showed genuine interest, she warmed up and opened up more.

This whole thing took 5 weeks. The company didn't seem to have a real HR department, just one head. The process started with one phone screen from someone random, then a video interview with the hiring manager. After that, there were 4 team interviews all back-to-back. Then, I had an assignment to do, followed by a reference check. The interviews themselves were alright, but they weren't really consistent. The interviewers could ask whatever they felt like. Some didn't even ask me any questions, just if I had questions for them about the company or team. It makes you wonder how you can really judge someone's skills and if they'd fit in if there's no standard way to compare candidates. I got to the assignment stage by week 4. It took about three hours to complete and send in. I thought I'd hear back after that, but the next week they contacted me again and asked for three references. After I sent those over, I got rejected the following week. When I asked why, they said nothing was wrong with my interviews, assignment, or references, they just chose someone else. Honestly, I'm not too upset about it. The company seemed pretty average. Nothing about the culture or the team really stood out. The team didn't seem very into the interviews, they were multitasking and working on their own stuff most of the time, barely paying attention. One person even forgot about my interview and had to reschedule while I was waiting on Zoom to connect with them. They should probably speed up their recruiting timeline – 7 interviews, an assignment, and references in 5 weeks is a lot and could be done in 3. Also, standardizing interview questions would give everyone a fairer chance.

Account Supervisor
It was a really long interview process, it took like two months from start to finish. In total, there were seven interviews and an in-person presentation. I met with people from different departments at the agency, and also with the current owners.
- Please select one of the following topics for your presentation, which should be around 30 minutes including Q&A. You can use any format you prefer.
- Could you present a case study detailing how you successfully resolved a major challenge in a past role, explaining your methodology, choices, and the outcomes?
- What is a recent trend in our industry, and how do you foresee it impacting our business in the next 3-5 years?
Intern
I applied by emailing them and a few days later, I was invited to the office for an interview with one person. After that, I was invited back for another interview with four people. I didn't hear back for a while, so I followed up and they told me I didn't get the job.
