We kicked things off with a recruiter call over the phone. Then, there were two in-person interviews that took place at our Victor, NY office. In the end, I didn't get a callback, but I did see a change in my application status when I logged in.

It’s a very lean process for this company. You will meet directly with the hiring manager and director. There’s no HR interview or screening. You will have a technical interview with the hiring manager, then a behavioral one with the director.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was straightforward and had five stages. It began with a recruiter chat, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager, then a program manager, and concluded with interviews with two physicians. I was required to develop and present a PowerPoint presentation and submit several past writing samples to the hiring manager. Overall, it was a great interview experience, and I was honored to be among the final three candidates, even though I felt I was less qualified.

Behavioral

This interview process felt really disorganized and rushed. I was left pretty frustrated with both the recruiter and the hiring manager. The manager seemed to really need someone in this role immediately, and the recruiter even advised me to quit my current job before getting a formal offer, which is wild. The offer never materialized because the manager decided I was 'uncomfortable' with the start date, despite me saying I was fine with it. The recruiter didn't even call to tell me the offer was off; they texted me after I followed up. It felt like the recruiter and manager were completely overwhelmed and not communicating. I'd avoid this place – current employees are struggling to meet targets and the compensation structure is brutal.
