Yes, during clinicals I was assigned to complete a full head-to-toe assessment on a patient who was not very cooperative and gave minimal responses. I found it challenging because I needed accurate information, but communication was limited. To manage this, I adapted my approach by being patient, using simple and clear questions, and relying more on observation and physical assessment skills. I also reviewed the patient’s chart and collaborated with my preceptor to fill in any gaps. Even though it was difficult, I was still able to complete a thorough assessment and ensure the patient’s needs were addressed. This experience taught me how to stay flexible, use multiple resources, and remain calm when situations aren’t ideal.

After applying online, I got an email from a recruiter to see if I was interested in working there and which unit I preferred. Then I spoke with the recruiter on the phone and got a Zoom link for the interview. They said I'd hear back about the outcome in 1-2 weeks, but it's been 2 weeks and 1 day and I still haven't heard anything.
