There were 4 interviews total. It started with an initial call, then a technical interview, followed by a call with the team, and finally an HR chat. They asked tough technical questions, but the team was helpful and guided me through the tasks. The whole thing wrapped up in 2 weeks. They were really quick to respond and always available.

Total waste of time. Had a nice first chat with the recruiter, and the hiring manager interview also went well, felt like a good fit. Then the third interview was with the department's top boss, and it was a complete disaster and a waste for everyone. I tried to be professional, but he was constantly distracted by his phone, email, and Teams notifications, never even muting them. He seemed bored and like I was wasting his time, like he had no clue why I was there and was seeing my resume for the first time on the call. He skimmed it for about 20 seconds and decided I wasn't a fit. He didn't ask many questions, mostly just talked about his concerns about whoever got the role, which felt pretty personal and borderline discriminatory. He clearly thinks he's too smart for basic courtesy and soft skills. They don't seem to get that interviewing is a two-way street. Even if they offered me the job, I would have rejected it immediately! I never heard back from them at all, not even to confirm they passed on me, which I figured out early in that last interview. I wish I could get back those couple of hours of PTO, but after seeing other similar experiences and reviews, I realize they're a chaotic startup that doesn't know what they want. Guess I dodged a bullet, and I'm thankful for that.

It was a 3 round interview process for an associate level Campaign Specialist position. The first interview was with a recruiter and they were very personable and easy to talk to. The second interview was with someone from the advertising team, also very personable. The third round was with someone from Comm Opps who seemed uninterested and gave the same comment after every answer. Their partner kept moving around and popping up in the background during the Teams call, which was distracting. It felt like I asked more questions than they did. It gave an uneasy feeling due to the lack of care for the interview. A month passed with no follow-up from the recruiter. This company seems disorganized and doesn't care about hiring employees. I should have listened to other reviews.

I had a 30-40 minute phone call with an HR representative. It was very conversational and they asked standard interview questions. The HR rep explained the company and answered any questions I had. They seemed really enthusiastic about me and my experience. They mentioned that the position was new and that I would have control over it. I felt like I would get a follow-up interview. I sent a thank you note, but didn't hear back. A week later, I sent another message and still no response. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing from the company. It felt unprofessional and rude. I'd say save your time.
