I went through three interviews. The first was a 30-minute phone call, followed by a one-hour soft skill interview, and then a one-hour technical interview. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and paid attention.

I got a call, then met with the design lead. After that, they set up a full day for a case study, which I did and then reviewed. The interview was after the case study. Overall, the recruiting process was pretty informative.
