The interview was about 30 minutes long. They communicated expectations clearly and managed them well. I didn't have much room to negotiate, so the meeting was quick. The welcome was warm and the interview felt casual. I got a response in less than 2 days.

The process takes about 2 hours. First, you'll get instructions on how to properly lift and move a dryer or washing machine using the right techniques. Then, you'll lift a machine together with other applicants, first a 30kg one, then a 60kg, and finally a 100kg one. After that, you'll go through an obstacle course with a colleague and the heaviest machine. Next, you'll go up and down one floor with the colleague and the heaviest machine. Finally, there's a role-playing exercise to test customer service skills, followed by an introductory chat.

When you apply, they test a few things. First, there's a course where you have to move a trolley with a washing machine, doing some lifting to check your agility. Second, you help an experienced driver carry a washing machine up stairs to test your strength. Third, there's a role-play where the senior or team lead gives you a situation on paper and you have to come up with possible (even impossible) solutions. Fourth, there's a short chat to get to know you and what you like.
