Behavioral Technical

First, I had a chat with HR to check my motivation and technical knowledge, including questions on the tech stack and some behavioral ones. Then, I had another meeting with the HR person and the hiring manager to see if we'd be a good fit. After that, there was supposed to be a case study, but I didn't proceed to that stage. There's also a feedback phase mentioned.

Overall a great interview process, but the salary offered was very less. Two Skype interview in quick succession. Task related to data mining/Hadoop. Difficult but interesting. Called on-site for interaction with team, discussing there current work. Small interview. Made an offer. Environment: Very good, crazy meeting rooms. People working there are knowledgable and nice. Have pool table, tt table, game box,...etc. Salary offered: Too less, so less that I wont be able to meet with my expensive in Rotterdam. Remark: To CoolBlue: If you are planning to offer so less salary please tell the candidate before hand. Candidate: Ask the salary. It might be very less from what you are expecting.

Technical Presentation Case

Applied online and had in-person interviews at the office. The first interview went well, but the second involved a case presentation where I had to answer some tough technical questions. I managed to answer them with some assistance and submitted a good presentation. Afterwards, I was informed my technical skills weren't quite right for the Data Developer role, but they were considering me for a Business Analyst position and said I'd be contacted about the next steps. It's now been three months with no word from the recruiter, despite multiple attempts to reach out through various channels. They never replied.
