First, a background check was done and they gave an overview of the role. We talked about pay, like if it would be hourly or commission. They asked about my knowledge in troubleshooting. Also, they made sure I knew I'd be working with customers, and to make sure I get my commission, I should ask about what the customers need or want.

The interview was good, they asked me a lot of questions. The Service Manager was very easygoing, which was nice, and they gave me answers right away. I'd rate it like 8/10. They are a big company though and it felt like a lot of different peoples name to remember.
