Programmer
It was a quick and easy sit down, and a tour around the shop. there wasn’t much too the entire process. The response time for the offer was very quick afterwards.
- They inquired about my familiarity with Welding Software.
Project Manager
It was a 3 stage interview for a project manager role. The project manager was expected to manage projects across different sectors the company was servicing. It was concluded within 3 weeks. The hiring manager was pleased and ready to hire but the leadership team probably had a different thought.
- Can you describe a time you resolved a difficult client situation?
Automation Technician
I sent in my resume and was immediately emailed for a phone interview. I felt like I had a great phone interview. They asked for my salary expectations during the phone call. Then, I was given a 2-hour personality test and had to fill out a personality Excel spreadsheet. I got a form rejection email soon after. I talked to my friend who also applied and they had the same experience. The company has reposted the same job every week for months. I think their salary expectations are too high for what they're offering.
- Could you share your salary expectations?
Controls Specialist
The hiring process began with a phone interview. Then, I had an online assessment that lasted about two hours and had many questions. They asked me to set up a PLC test, which needed to be printed, filled out, scanned, and emailed within one hour. Following that, there was an AutoCAD test that was the same as the PLC test.
