Before the actual interview, I had to complete a long paper application, about 15 pages, even though I had already applied online with my resume. It took around 30 minutes to fill out because I wasn't warned about it and had to look up some information. I was denied the chance to take the application home. The interview itself was brief and the interviewer seemed uninterested throughout. The experience was so negative that I didn't get an offer and also didn't want one.

It was a two-round interview process, which felt like a total waste of my time. I'm really experienced in this field and got all the questions right. I only went to the second interview because they made me think I had a chance of getting hired. Thankfully, I'm not working there now. Apparently, people leave that place a lot. If they don't pay you what you're worth, it might not be worth the effort. The manager and HR person were acting really unethically; they were talking about another employee while walking me out.

I put in my application on Career Builder and heard back from a recruiter via email or phone call within two days. About a week later, the hiring manager reached out for an interview. I interviewed on a Tuesday and got the job offer the very next day, Wednesday. They were really open about the role, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I'd read some reviews about them lacking direction, but it seems like if you're willing to put in the work, like any job, it'll work out.

the interview process was very thorough. The HR staff is lovely. I wish there had been an opportunity to see the actual workplace and meet potential future coworkers. I would also liked to have seen the rest of the facility.
