Business Intelligence Analyst
It was a very informal and friendly hiring managers panel interview that took place over two rounds. There wasn't any assessment. The hiring managers are based abroad and they wanted someone who is a self starter and already has ideas on how to improve or build financial reporting capabilities for this new role.
- Can you describe your typical responsibilities?
Customer Care Representative
The interview process was okay, though I wish the company was more organized. The compensation didn't seem worth the hassle. It could really use better management and improved systems. Other than those points, everything else was great. I don't dislike the job itself, but the working hours could definitely be improved.
- What were your key takeaways from your previous role?
Customer Service Representative
I put in my application on Feb 17, 2024, and got an email the next day, Feb 18, 2024, to do some assessments. I passed those and then got an email on Mar 6, 2024, to set up a phone interview, which I had on Mar 11, 2024. They sent an email asking for background info on Mar 12, 2024, and I got the official offer on Mar 20, 2024.
- Describe how you would show empathy at the start of various call types.
- How do you typically respond when dealing with customers?
- Demonstrate your ability to modulate your tone effectively during customer calls.
Financial Analyst
So, there were four interviews in total. The first one was with HR, and then I had three more with different managers in the finance department. On top of that, they had two assessments: one to check my Excel skills and another one to gauge my English level, both speaking and writing.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
- What challenges have you encountered, and how did you handle them?
- How do you approach various types of problems?
