Behavior Technician
The interview was pretty straightforward. Mostly, the interviewer went over the onboarding process for continuum, including the training modules, assessments, and benefits. They also asked for examples of how I've managed difficult situations in past jobs.

It was super easy. The HR team was really nice and easy to talk to. They made sure to answer all my questions to see if it was a good fit. They genuinely care about their employees. I'd definitely recommend working for Continuum.
