The interview went well, basically I was asked questions based on my application. I got a phone call from the manager at the Auburn Hills location and we set up a time for an interview. He asked me about my customer service skills, prep experience, cashier experience, knowledge of catering, and my availability.

It's a pretty involved process with several stages. You'll have a phone call, then an in-person interview, followed by another in-person meeting. There's also an aptitude test and a drug test. You'll be meeting with HR and senior management. A cool part is a job shadow at an account. The whole thing takes about 2-3 weeks. It's very corporate, so bring extra copies of your resume. Be ready to travel to meet with different people.
