It's a 3-step interview process. First, you'll have a phone screen with HR. Then, there's an on-site visit where you'll meet with the sales manager. Finally, there's a video conference with the CEO. Remember to send thank you notes! Pretty standard questions for a sales interview. Just be yourself and confident. They really care more about personality than anything else. A lot of our employees have been here for over 10 years.

I applied online and got a call soon after from HR for a quick phone interview. Then, I had a one-on-one scheduled about a week later. Upon arrival, I had to complete a lengthy paper application that mostly repeated my resume. Afterward, I was interviewed by two people from the department. The vibe was pretty casual, with some jokes that felt a bit off. I wasn't too thrilled by what they said about the work environment and the company's overall objectives.

I started by filling out a paper application with my resume details. HR was really helpful in scheduling and answering my questions. Then, I met with two marketing folks who asked me a bunch of questions. The whole thing lasted just over an hour and they were super easy to talk to.

I had conversations with a few senior network engineers and architects. It was more like a discussion between equals than a test. They described the project, but it was kept pretty vague because I'll be meeting the client soon.
