The interview process was really disorganized. They made me do a bunch of quizzes that were mostly broken or didn't make sense. There was also a group interview. The interviewers were pleasant but not super engaging, and it seemed like they were just reading questions from a script. It took FOREVER to hear back, like THREE months. Any time I asked for an update, they just told me to wait. I actually thought they'd ghosted me and was fine with it. In that time, I got hired and fully trained at another company. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email late at night saying they were considering other people but would keep me in mind. This would be a normal email after a week or two, not three months. Honestly, don't even bother with them. From what I've seen, they seem like a terrible place to work with really high turnover.

You'll kick things off with a fun little logic test, packed with math word problems and puzzles (if you're into that). After the test, it's the usual interview where the IT manager will dig into your experience with some standard questions. The interviewers are nice and easy to chat with, making the atmosphere feel relaxed rather than intense.

The interview process was pretty cool. I had to do some basic communication skills testing, which was easy and I passed. They gave me multiple chances to pass the tests even though I didn't really need them. The hiring manager was super understanding and down to earth.

The interview process was broken into two parts. The first step was taking a grammar and typing test. After this I shadowed an employee taking calls, while finishing out a questionnaire. I then sat with the HR Manager to go over some questions. The second interview was with a training manager. This was more in depth and went over some of my long term goals.
