First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at ContactUS Communications.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was really easy. They just asked about my previous employment and why I would be a good fit for their company. The interviewer was open to any questions I had about the position and explained the position very thoroughly.
- Why do you think you are a good fit for our company?
Sales
The interview was a series of questions and speaking about the needs of the employer. I answered exactly how I would handle irate customers. I believe in giving a positive experience for any customer. When talked about work schedules also.
- How would you handle stressful days or angry customers?
- How would you ensure a positive customer experience?
Customer Service Representative
A recruiter reached out to me on Indeed and scheduled an interview. I had to wait a bit since it was an open interview, but then I filled out an application and took a typing test. After that, I met with the recruiter for a straightforward interview. They were really upfront about the job and asked me questions about my background, not the usual generic ones like 'what's your biggest flaw' or 'where do you see yourself in 5 years'. It was cool to actually meet them and hear about the company instead of just filling out a form. They were honest about the pay and what the company does, so it felt like a real experience.
- How is your past experience relevant to customer service?
Training Specialist
I put in my application through indeed.com and got a call back a few days after. The first call was pretty short, about 10 mins, where the recruiter told me about the job and gave a quick summary. Then, I moved on to the next round and talked with the hiring manager, who would be my boss. This call was about 20 mins and they asked me about my experience with training and some hypothetical situations. After that, they asked me to come in for a 10-minute presentation on a topic of my choice. I got the job offer an hour after that from the recruiter.
- How would you handle a participant who appears uninterested in the training session?
