The interview was virtual and involved about 3 quick interviews, so I was hired fast. Everyone was really nice throughout the process, making it a good experience.

The interview process started with a phone screen, followed by a hiring manager interview. Then there was an interview with HR and other higher-ups. There was a really long wait, like 5 weeks. Another recruiter emailed to set up a '2nd interview'. It was a bit strange, but since nothing else was going on, I decided to go for it. They asked if I was still available and said the interview setup was a mistake, but they'd get back to me the next week. It would have been more considerate if they had just told me then and there that I wasn't getting the offer. Instead, they waited another week until I sent a follow-up email with a generic response. If the company culture is anything like how they treated me as a candidate, I'm actually glad I didn't get an offer. There were definitely red flags, like the fact that none of the interviewers had been with the company for more than 6 months. Also, the pay range was wider than any other I'd seen on the market. I was told they hire people from areas with a lower cost of living so they can offer a lower salary.

It was long and very tedious, quite uncomfortable. In short, I wouldn't apply there again. They didn't make me feel good. They should change their philosophy. I found bad practices in the processes. They ask for mandatory drug testing, which is not something you feel comfortable doing.

The interview process was quick and mainly focused on assessing my communication abilities. It was also about understanding how I'd engage with clients and, most importantly, evaluating my behavior.
