I knew someone at ConsumerAffairs who got my resume seen. Right after that, I had a screening call on Friday. Then, I went into the office on Wednesday for an interview with the VP of Sales. I was asked back on Thursday for a peer interview. They offered me the job on the spot and I accepted the next day. After accepting, I got emailed all the paperwork to start on Monday.

First up was a short phone call to check if I was focused. Then came a significant assessment, the Culture Index (similar to Predictive Index), which they emphasize is crucial; if your results don't align with their 'sauce,' you likely won't proceed. If the assessment is good, the next step is an in-person interview with the Manager. This interview is designed to be comfortable and smooth if you're a good fit, given the sales management's interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Success here leads to a group interview with various department members to gauge culture fit and demeanor through work-related or personal questions. It's important to be yourself.
