Had an in-person interview with a Manager & Supervisor. The questions were easy. Got an offer a few weeks later. The turnover isn't bad compared to others. Being a people person would go a long way.

The interview started late, like maybe 45 minutes past the scheduled time. But, the actual interview part was pretty good and relaxed, not stressful at all. They asked a bunch of questions, looked over my resume, and asked about the skills I listed there.

My interview started on time. It was a panel interview with three people, two of whom joined via camera. They were all very positive and professional. I was asked about my current job and how I handle tough situations. They mentioned I'd hear back in a few days, but the offer came over a week later.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process involved two rounds. It was pretty chill and professional. You need to dress professionally and be ready to answer questions about the job, like your understanding of simple interest loans. They are very knowledgeable, so don't pretend you know if you don't. It's okay to say you have no idea because they will teach you!

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you explain what a simple interest loan is?
