First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Consumer Direct Care Network.
Program Manager
It was supposed to be 2 rounds, starting with an in-person panel and then a chat with the supervisor who would go over my resume. After that, I got an offer, but then upper management wanted one more interview. I did that, and then they emailed to say they decided against hiring me.
- What's your approach to managing several projects at once
Software Engineer Intern
Had a quick 15-20 minute screening call. They asked me to tell them a bit about myself and then asked about my experience with C#, SQL, and Azure. I didn't get past this stage, but they mentioned an onsite interview would be next if I had.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Have you worked with C#, SQL, and Azure before?
Communications Manager
Super fast process, I applied and a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview with the HM. Then I had a 30 min Teams interview with the HM, after which I was asked to provide writing samples. A few days later, I had a second 45 min Teams interview with the HM and a peer. I was supposed to hear back within a few days, but it was radio silence until I got a standard rejection two weeks after my second interview. I liked the team, but it was obvious they wanted a specific skill set that I did not have.
- Could you describe your experience creating content or communication for physical mailers?
In Home Caregiver
It was a quick interview, they just asked me a few things. Basically, they wanted to know if I could start right away, if I had previous experience with patients, and if I had any issues with what the job entails.
- What does your availability look like for starting work?
- Could you describe your previous experience working with patients?
- Are there any parts of the job description that you have concerns about?
