Had a call over the phone, we chatted about my work history, technical experience and projects I've worked on. I also had the chance to ask questions regarding benefits, compensation, team composition, expected responsibilities and more. They mentioned scheduling for additional interviews afterward.

Behavioral Technical

I went through 3 interview rounds for this role. It started with a phone interview and then two onsite interviews. I've heard that sometimes people do two phone interviews and one onsite, but I think it just depends on when the hiring managers are able to travel. They are really serious about finding good people; if you're not good at what you do, don't even bother applying because they'll figure it out during the process and you won't get hired. The interviewers were great but definitely asked some tough, specific questions. They gave me a tour of the office, and everyone else I met seemed like really great people too.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • There weren't any specific questions, it was pretty straightforward.
  • The most challenging part was that they questioned everything and asked for a lot of specific details.

Behavioral Case

I had at least a couple phone interviews with the same person. Then I had a face to face interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty informal. He was more interested in my sales experience and what I feel like I could do there, performance wise. After the first face to face interview, I was invited to meet with the VP of sales and then meet with one other VP of the company. They are looking for people who have prior sales experience and can also show they were successful and hungry to make six figure income.
