I went through 3 rounds of interviews, my experience overall wasn't the best. There was a lack of feedback or contact from the recruiter between rounds, I literally had to send a reminder after every interview to get any news. Some silly questions in the process like 'how did you find us?'. you literally posted a job opening. In the end I got an automated rejection message, sent on a Saturday.

Constructor's interview process was super thorough. First, I had a call with HR, then about 5 x 30-minute chats with team members. After that, I did a trial project where I had to talk to the team to help with a project and then present my findings. The trial was a great chance to see how the company actually operates and what the culture is like, not just what people told me in interviews. It was super helpful in my decision to join. I felt like I really knew what kind of company I was joining and could make a truly informed decision.

I recently went through the interview process for a Senior Customer Success Manager role, and it was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had. From start to finish, the process was thoughtful, engaging, and well-structured. What really stood out was how genuine and insightful each conversation was. Rather than a typical interview where you're just answering questions, it felt like a true two-way discussion—a deep dive into how my experience and approach to customer success could contribute to their vision. The team took the time to understand my background, leadership style, and strategic mindset, making it clear that they were looking for the right long-term fit, not just filling a role. I also appreciated the transparency and openness throughout the process. Everyone I spoke with was welcoming, knowledgeable, and passionate about the company’s mission. They didn’t just evaluate my skills—they shared their challenges, goals, and what they were looking to achieve, making it easy to see how I could make an impact. By the end of the process, I wasn’t just excited about the role—I was genuinely inspired by the team and the culture they’ve built. If you're considering an opportunity, expect an engaging, well-organized, and truly rewarding interview experience.
